Improve Your Auto Responder And Improve Your Sales

When considering content to use on your auto responder campaigns, you should always remember to try to keep your content interesting, relevant and also specific to your topic. When touching up your existing auto responder messages, or even, when creating your first messages, you may wish to consider some of the following examples.

Improving your marketing and sales with some auto responder improvements, should not be a difficult step for you, however, not everyone has a natural bent to be able to, or want to write their own content. If you do wish to attempt improving your auto responder messages yourself then you could try some of these strategies.

1. Publish free reports to send via your auto responder. The reports should be related to your business or web site niche and they should also contain information, advertisements and links to your sites. People love getting free things, and if your reports are quality content, then it is sure to work a treat. Again, if you do not want to work on your own content you could try buying PLR (Public Label Rights) articles to use in your auto responder, check out our specials here at Shadow’s Articles.

2. Collect vital customer satisfaction information by publishing a survey to send via auto responder to those who sign up on your site in exchange for a free eBook, free software or trial period at a membership site, be it yours or not. The survey should be posted after a week or two, and then maybe again after a month or two, to be sure that the results are coming from users who have had time to become familiar with your auto responder message series. This type of information will help you understand their needs, likes & dislikes better as well as showing your readers that you are interested in what they have to say about your service.

3. Instead of answering each customer question that is e-mailed to you, publish "Frequently Ask Questions" and make them available via auto responder to those who sign up free. You could also rename this section to something more catching and explanatory, such as “User Questions Answered! page”, to save, time and support, headaches.

4. Instead of publishing all of your customer testimonials or endorsements on your website, publish only a few there. Select the most prominent and targeted ones that will suit your own site’s features the best and then set up an auto responder form that invites visitors the option to receive a complete list via your auto responder series. Give them a power-packed list; it's more effective to include all of them in one location, rather than spread them out all across your website.

These are just a few examples of strategies that can be used to effectively boost your auto responder sign up potential. Mix and match these strategies with each other and with other strategies that work for you, or that you are investigating. Change your auto responder strategy to change your auto responder results! Continue to change the content delivered by your auto responder, to keep up with the fast paced changes of the marketplace.
